I am completing a very sad photo order today – one of my clients called this week needing some prints made for her daughter’s funeral today.  I photographed the Francis family back in September at their home.  Mom, Lee Ann, explained that their daughter, Alyssa, has been suffering with brain cancer for about the past 6 years, was now blind and did not have much longer to live.  I was honored and humbled to be able to provide a lasting memory for this precious family.  I am appreciative of my background as a RN, but I feel being a photographer is extremely important as well, because we can preserve the sweet memories of our loved ones.
