Richard Callahan contacted me in August and wanted to set up a family photo shoot for his wife, Denise’s birthday. We discussed options and they wanted something by the American river, so we decided to go to Negro Bar in Folsom, known for the huge rocks in the river and the scenic view of the rainbow bridge.
It turned out to be a lovely evening and we had a great time photographing the Callahan Family.
It was special too because the oldest son was going to off to college and they hadn’t had a family portrait taken in quite some time.
Denise was so pleased with her birthday gift that she bought several canvas wraps to decorate their home with.
Denise’s younger son had braces, which we were able to remove with the magic of photoshop. (So you no longer have to wait to get those braces off for your family portrait!)
