California’s Air Resource Board is California’s silent hero, with a simple yet complex mission; to provide Safe, Clean Air to All Californians.
They promote and protect public health, welfare and ecological resources through the effective and efficient reduction of air pollutants.
The California Air Resource Board (Cal ARB), like any other business, wanted their employees to have a uniform feel in their business portraits.

Hence, they hired Diana Miller Photography to go on location and photograph every one of their current Board Members.
ARB’s end goal was to have a newly refurbished wall of employees for an awards night with all of California Air Resource Board members.
And surely they did!

Including Phil Serna, son of Mayor Joe Serna Jr.
Phil Serna is also one of Sacramento’s a current county supervisors.
Individuals use their knowledge of the environment for good all over, including use in hospital policies, transportation policies, education etc..
Mr. Dan Sperling was actually appointed as 2015 Chair for the Prestigious Transportation Research Board- Institute of Transportation Studies for his success.
