Although I LOVE LOVE LOVE being a photographer, two other things have always been on my of “things I wish I could be if I could be anything in the whole wide world, but I know it will never happen and that’s ok” wish list: A ballerina and a famous chef, ala Julia Child. And yes, I have the movie, “Julie and Julia” and tried one of Julia’s recipes so far – although I don’t think she meant it to taste like that. My family bravely puts up with my efforts to be a fabulous cook, but for some reason they always seem most happy with tacos, pizza or spaghetti. Oh well, their loss. So back to the ballerina thing. I have been lucky enough to photograph the ballet at Peter and the Wolf, as well at some events and always have the time of my life. So when I read they were organizing a flash mob of Michael Jackson’s Thriller at the Midtown Arts Festival, you know I was there with my camera in hand. So here’s a sneak peek of some of my favorites. If you like them, check back later for more. P.S. If you have any good recipes, leave ’em in the comments for me. Thanks!
I like it, great tribute to Michael, it’s genuine unlike the Jackson Tribute Fragrances that were launch a few days ago in Vegas…. shameful exploitation of MJ’ s name and image… http://jacksontributefragrances.blogspot.com
